Safety & Justice Lobby Day 2020 registration is now open!
Thursday, February 27, 2020 in Salem, Oregon.
Over the last decade, advocates like you have successfully helped to pass historic reforms that keep youth out of adults prisons and jails, increase funding for crime survivor services, shrink our prison use, and invest in community-based responses to crime.
Together we have a lot to be proud of! Now we need to ensure that the laws we’ve passed are being implemented effectively and equitably.
Throughout 2020, we will ensure that our hard-won victories are being carried out in line with our values. Success is not just about winning policy changes. Success means achieving our long-term goals for equity, healing, and everyone’s humanity.
Meet advocates from across the state, make your voice heard in Salem, and be a part of Oregon’s most impactful public safety reform advocacy day of the year.
This year, we’ll be meeting at the Micah Building. This historic venue is adjacent to the Capitol grounds and will provide plenty of space for advocates to gather from across the state. Read more here about the Micah Building, including accessibility information.
